Job Description

Client Operations Analyst, $20/hour

Overview:
This role supports client accounts by monitoring performance, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and strong service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Track performance metrics and identify service or operational issues
* Communicate insights and help implement solutions with internal teams
* Act as a primary contact for assigned accounts, handling issue resolution
* Prepare and share routine performance reports
* Support team members in managing account needs and troubleshooting problems
* Assist with creating and updating process documentation
* Complete additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
* 1-3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or account support
* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
* Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
* Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office tools
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred:
* Experience with order or transportation management systems
* Willingness to work occasional overtime
